Hook the loop over your boat cleat and stretch

 Slide tubing up

Remember to always stretch the loop first

or the tubing will not move

For the dock end ...

Simply hook one of the loops over dock cleat

Or, you can also go through the cleat and over

 

Stretch N' Slide Dock Lines are 4' long and stretch to 8'
